A former decorated officer in the 8200 unit of the IDF, Founder of the Forum Group and a Major Shareholder in some of the leading Financial Services, Cloud solutions, Communications, Machine Learning, AI & Technology Companies. In the capital markets, we were the first to introduce in Israel access to products managed by the best and largest asset managers including Vanguard, Wellington and Aberdeen. Our Group established together with Bank of America an international listed platform managing a large number of funds. We established a leading investment house with approximately 1000 clients and were the lead investor of the first virtual one.

In the telecommunications market, the Forum Group created an MVNE (enabler for MVNO's) and owned cloud solutions providers through Forum Mobile Inc.

The Group invested in approximately 30 holdings in the fields of software, online advertising, communications, wearable devices, tracking and information security.

With more than 100 professionals, the Group conducted global production, sales, services & admin. activities in locations in the US, Israel, South-America, UK, Austria, China, etc.
